The report is available on an annual basis, with a more comprehensive edition published monthly that includes an analysis of resales and new construction homes. The report gives general, market-wide information on the number of sales, average sales price, average days on the market, current inventory and the negotiability in sales price in each of the individual neighborhoods served by Greenwood King.
