With more than 14 years of experience, Kristin’s achievements have been obtained by building on each relationship. Kristin ranked 5th among all Greenwood King agents in 2024. She was recognized by the Houston Business Journal in 2021 as one of the top 25 of Houston’s most successful luxury agents. In 2023 she was recognized by Houston Business Journal, ranking 18th for sales volume. Greenwood King’s “Rookie of the Year” in 2012, Kristin hit the ground running with her client focused approach.

With a background in private banking, economics and consulting, Kristin is analytical, thorough, and understands the importance of market information and timely communication.

Kristin has been very active in area schools, church, and civic organizations, which allows her to be a useful resource to buyers and sellers. Kristin is a founding member of Central Houston Methodist Church. She supports the Christian Community Service Center in addition to community organizations that keep Houston thriving like Bellaire Little League, West U Elementary, West U Softball, West U Piranhas Swim Team, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and American Cancer Society.

Kristin graduated from Baylor University with a BBA In Economics and Finance. She is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta. Kristin has been married to Vance Tillman, Sr. for 30 plus years and are proud parents of Vance Tillman, Jr. and his wife, Callie and Kendall Carameros and her husband, George, and proud grandparents of George V and Eleni.
