A lifelong Houston resident, Stephanie Sauer brings extensive knowledge of the real estate and lending industry to Greenwood King Properties. She’s been surrounded by real estate from a very young age; her mother, Bruce Bardwell, has been a top producing Greenwood King agent since 1989 and her father, Wayne Bardwell, is the owner of Bardwell Building Co., a premier luxury home builder in West University and other “inside-the-Loop” neighborhoods.
Stephanie chose to transition into residential real estate sales while working for the commercial real estate brokerage and lending division of JP Morgan Chase. “Making the move to residential and associating with Greenwood King allows me to work with my friends, repeat clients, and new clients in the business I enjoy the most,” she says. Stephanie’s ideal combination of Houston “insider” knowledge and experience in the financial sector makes her the “NAR Member of Choice” for an ever-growing network of loyal clients and friends.
Since starting a family, Stephanie has focused her extra time as a volunteer for the National Charity League and for her children’s schools. She is a past member of Victory, the American Cancer Society organization that holds the annual Cattle Baron's Ball.
Stephanie graduated from Mirabeau B. Lamar High School and the University of Texas at Austin. When she is not catering to her clients’ needs or giving a helping hand in the community, Stephanie enjoys running in her neighborhood and spending “quality time” with close family and friends. Gatherings often take place at her family’s house in Galveston, where she is also a Realtor®.
