Meet Jason Knebel

Jason Knebel is in the vanguard of Realtors® who understand that working closely with fellow professionals, such as architects and interior designers, produces enhanced results for their shared clients. Prior to joining Greenwood King Properties as a Realtor, Jason had a successful, 15-year career with a major office furniture company where he worked in design, project management and sales, often overseeing teams of three to 15 people. He honed his interior design, customer service, business/financial, and personnel skills on major office furniture projects in both the United States and Canada, and those skills transitioned smoothly into his real estate career.

 

“That experience taught me to juggle a demanding schedule and handle multiple clients with projects in various stages of completion, much as I do now with multiple clients and diverse transaction demands and deadlines. Learning to master expectations while prioritizing excellent service was an incredible gift, and I now deliver a client experience like no other."

 

Jason remains cool under pressure. Punctual, self-motivated, always professional, and a stickler for detail, he enters every client’s transaction armed with a mental blueprint for how it should move forward from start to finish. He plans for challenges, stays flexible for the unexpected, and works hard to deliver a flawless experience.

 

Clients come first, but Jason is also deeply committed to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. “When I was young, I raised animals for 4-H to exhibit in the county fair and earn scholarship money,” he says. “Working with HLSR is my way to give back to those who helped me and to raise scholarship money for the next generation.”

 

A native of Bay City, Texas, Jason graduated from The Art Institute of Houston with an associate’s degree in interior design. When he has free time, he loves to travel and always enjoys cooking for his family and friends.
